Pathways is an intensive 28-day program using current, evidence-based practices to provide an immersion into recovery. For some clients, this provides a foundation of early recovery that can be reinforced successfully with a step-down into a half-way house, a sober living complex or back to a supportive home with outpatient follow-up services.
For many, our core 28-day recovery program has been the answer for those seeking a new life free of addictions. Yet, others with more complicated issues, often require a longer length of stay. Our Extended Care Program is often needed to successfully treat opiate addiction, the special needs of those with co-occurring disorders, or the legal requirements mandated by the criminal justice system. This program is broken into two groups – Forensic and Co-Occurring.
Extended Care is individualized for each resident. The length of stay is determined by clinical need and when appropriate, requirements of the judicial system.
